This program uses 4 exercises to work out your body. العاب قمار للايفون  The 4 exercises used in this workout are:

1) Jumping Jacks – Usually this exercise is done to warm-up, however it can also be done as part of a good cardio or HIIT training workout.  To increase the intensity of the Jumping Jacks, simply move to the motion of the exercise faster and you’ll quickly find yourself running out of breath. In 12 Minute Fitness, this exercise is used to make you warm-up and also recuperate from the burpees.

2) Mountain Climbers – This exercise is used in 12 Minute Fitness as one of the plyometric exercises which strengthen multiple muscle groups in addition to the cardiovascular system. 3) High Knees – used as part of your cardio vascular portion of this workout, High Knees make you burn lots of calories as they allow you to recuperate from Mountain Climbers.

4) Burpees – these are a full body exercise and these are just a few of the muscles they work, deltoids, biceps, triceps, pectorals major, obliques, abdominals, quadriceps, gluteus maximus, hamstrings and calves.  This exercise is considered by many fitness gurus to be the best calisthenics exercise to do.

Doing each exercise for 1 Minute will raise your heart rate and give you a great workout.  You’ll go thru this routine 3 times. The first round is your warm-up round, but you should try to do as many reps as possible.  The second round, you should go faster than the first, but pace yourself because in the last round your goal is to go all out.  In the last round, simply go all our. ملاعب يورو 2023
